Rendered speculation: 2010 Hyundai Tucson

Current Hyundai Tucson has been on sale since 2005 and surely isn’t a looker, thankfully all latest models such as Genesis Sedan and Coupe are very well designed. Genesis Sedan even won the North American Car of the Year award.
We have already brought you spy shots of the heavily disguised next-generation Hyundai Tucson from Northern Sweden. To make things interesting our designer Alexandr drew two renderings based on these latest spy shots.
Compared to the current Tucson the new model will be more aerodynamic and sportier. The car rendered is shorter than the actual prototypes spotted in Sweden. We are quite sure that the prototypes have a fake rear and the production model will have a shorter roof line.
Engine wise the next-generation Tucson will lose the V6 and will be offered only with four-cylinder engines. Addition to the current range will be a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine with around 200 hp. In Europe turbocharged diesels will be also offered. Rumor is that soon after the launch a hybrid version will also be offered.
